Because each Muddy Girl piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

Small variations in shape, size, glaze, color, and hand-painted details are a natural part of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects.

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

If an item purchased online is unexpectedly unavailable due to being sold at an in-person market before inventory can be updated, you’ll be contacted and offered the option of a full refund or preorder, when available.

All Muddy Girl pieces are handmade, packed with lots of care, and shipped from New York.

Ready-to-ship pieces are typically packed and shipped within 2–4 business days of your order. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
